And no matter how hard it may seem, we think all of these things are achievable and we strive to give you the tools to make this happen without our help in the future.
We use evidence-based practices that are proven to work. Our assessments are a combination of traditional diagnostic assessments to provide you insight into clinical issues you may need help with, as well as newer assessments designed to help you understand areas of growth across your personal and professional life. For those who continue into therapy, we continue to conduct tailored, brief weekly assessments in between sessions that allow us to track your progress together.
What works for you, won’t work for everyone. At Brightmood, we reject the one-size-fits-all approach to mental health services. We keep our client load small in order to tailor the process and content of each session to you as an individual. We believe this is necessary to get you to start enjoying your family time more, to stop going through the motions at work and at home, to maximize your potential at work, to provide you with the gameplan and motivation to make the changes in your life you’ve wanted to for year, or any number of goals you have for yourself to enjoy each day more.
